This is a very nurturing and relaxing yoga practice - it  works the parasympathetic nervous system leaving you feel rejuvenated.

 It really is a choose your own adventure designed to suit your time and money without feeling to stretched.

  STAYcation : 8AM Saturday till 11Am  Sunday, Glamping in the Belle Tent or Swags

 DAYcation : 8AM till Late 

Full Moon Restorative Yoga :  2PM till 4PM on
